**JOB TITLE: MARINE SUPERVISOR**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to Petrofac’s Life Saving Rules.
- Participation in the annual performance review process, completing meaningful scorecards through SMART objectives and completing reviews in line with the company driven timeframe.
- Perform in an emergency role as defined in the Company’s Emergency Response Procedures Manual and installation bill.
- Prepare and maintain a planned loading/discharge plan ensuring the FPSO remains within stability parameters at all times.
- To ensure that the marine plant and systems are operated in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure the correct and accurate completion of Marine Department Data and reports, including marine barge logs, vessel movements, weather reports and pontoon tank contents.
- Responsible for all deck and marine operations.
- Prepare cargo and ballast tanks for confined space entry.
- Act as AA / IA (M) / PA under ISSOW.
- Supervise supply vessel operations including the loading of fuel and water in line with appropriate procedures.
- Liaising with the Maintenance Supervisor allocate planned maintenance tasks to Marine & Deck personnel.

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- GMDSS.
- Tanker/FPSO loading/unloading planning and execution.
- Management of a deck crew.
- Oil Tanker experience (minimum).
- Preferable to have FPSO experience in the capacity of Marine Supervisor.
