**JOB TITLE: SERVICES SUPERVISOR**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supervise and co-ordinate deck crew, materials and equipment and manage the movement, storage and control of all materials and equipment on, to and from site in accordance with all legislative requirements.
- Provide platform logistics support including radio operations and marine watch duties.
- Co-ordinate and manage all site lifting operations.
- Order all materials required through Maximo to satisfy operational requirements.
- Prepare equipment for transport and complete documentation in accordance with the relevant regulations for shipment of goods.
- Ensure all material or equipment are checked on arrival at site prior to storage or use in a timely manner.
- Conduct inventory control and stock checks and minimise inventory where appropriate.
- Liaise with Operational Base, MAC group and suppliers to deliver an effective material service.
- Manage all aspects of the tracking of Plant & test equipment, from ordering through to eventual dispatching or “write-off” from platform.
- Ensure comprehensive records and logs are maintained and effective handovers are carried out at shift and crew change.
- Identify and propose ideas and solutions that will increase efficiency in cost or time without loss of integrity and present idea(s) to relevant management.
- Carry out freight checks against associated manifests.
- Member of Incident Management Team, providing radio operations services during emergency response to both aircraft and marine traffic
- Create, maintain & enhance effective working relations and identify and minimise interpersonal conflict.
- Provide relevant cost information and reports to site department to enable accurate budget control.
- Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to Petrofac’s Life Saving Rules.
- Ensure all work is conducted in full compliance with Repsol Sinopec’s HS&E policy, procedures and Safety Management System and legislative requirements.
- Be familiar with and follow the Repsol Sinopec Golden Rules for Health and Safety at all times.
- Supervise and. co-ordinate deck crew to ensure: Clear HSE objectives and expectations are understood and met; Work is conducted in full compliance with Repsol Sinopec’s HS&E policy, procedures and Safety Management System and any statutory requirements or obligations; Activities are carried out in accordance with ISSOW including comprehensive and detailed Risk Assessments and Toolbox Talks and Routine Deck Lift check sheets.
- Report all accidents and incidents, lead and participate in incident investigations where required.
- Carry out audits to ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedure and site directives.
- Perform Emergency Response duties in accordance with Repsol Sinopec’s requirements.

- Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Sea - Full Certificate
- OPITO Banksman and Slinger Stage 3 / 4
- ISSoW - Permit Vision software training
- Offshore meteorological observer
- Vantage POB offshore administrator
- Civil Aviation Authority offshore operator
- GMDSS Restricted operator certficate
- Lubrication Appreciation - RSRUK Level 2
- Maximo User
- COSHH Awareness
- Manual Handling Awareness
- Offshore crane operator stage 2
- Forward planning of team duties
- Effective communication

- Previous experience in Deck operations and material control
- Supervisory experience preferred.
