Quality Administrator

**Westwood Recruitment** are currently on the lookout for a **Quality Administrator** for our client with an immediate start available on a permanent basis in Stockport. As a **Quality Administrator**, you will contribute toward the performance of the quality department relating to the compilation of incoming and outgoing documentation.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Always ensure compliance with BS EN ISO 9001 standards for quality and workmanship.
- Manage the handling of incoming supplier documents using internal control systems.
- Evaluate incoming supplier certifications in accordance with internal and customer specifications.
- Collaborate with suppliers to provide pre-manufacture documentation to customers.
- Monitor and communicate regarding responses to document-related issues with suppliers and customers.
- Assess internal certifications.
- Record and generate Quality Notifications for internal matters and concessions to be sent to the customer.
- Manage any document rejections internally and with suppliers.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive quality documentation packages to customers.
- Authorize internal documents such as purchase orders (POs) and serialization details.
- Utilize the ERP system effectively.
**Professional Experience & Education**
- Previous experience in quality assurance and certification administration required
- Preferably have auditing experience
**Company Benefits**
