Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity within our Commercial Recruitment Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take over a live desk with an active business. A huge niche area in which Buckingham Fututues top performers in and have been operating in for 10+ years

This is a key hire for the business, as the growth plans in place underline the ambitious and innovative nature of our business and you should already, therefore, be a highly successful Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant working in the professional sectors of recruitment.

This role is to take over an already overperforming desk on the Commercial side of the business and to further develop this business with the long-term aim to build and grow a team in this sector.

In this role, you will be continually developed and will be given your own personal development plan so you can map your growth within the organisation.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Identifying and engaging with new and existing clients.
- Visiting these clients to understand their requirements and explain how Buckingham Futures can support them.
- Attracting Environmental Health professionals that are matched to our clients requirements and ethos.
- Filling vacancies on a permanent and contract basis

**To be successful in this role you will display**:

- A proven track record in recruitment/sales
- Have an understanding of the recruitment industry
- Working with high-volume workloads
- Working with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
- The ability to work under pressure
