Marks Sattin is proud to be working with a leading and well-respected business operating in the real estate industry who are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant. This is a hybrid opportunity and will be based out of their lovely Reading office twice per week.

**Job Description/Role**

This Accounts Payable role is a permanent role that will cover transactional finance through to areas related to month end management accounting.

This Accounts Payable role will involve:

- Accurate and timely uploading and processing of all purchase invoices & expense processing
- Maintenance of purchase order process
- Liaising with suppliers to request monthly statement of account & payment runs are complete
- Maintenance and aged creditor reporting
- Support with bank postings and reconciliations
- Assist with month end tasks including accruals, prepayments, journals and fixed assets

**Profile**
- Be studying towards and accounting qualification/ QBE may be considered

**Salary and Benefits**:

- £25k to £30k
- 25 days annual leave plus BH's increasing with length of service
