Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a HSEQ & L&D Administrator to join our team, based in Knowsley.You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a salary of £21k-£24,000 per annum PlusBenefits.

Liberty is a specialist heating services provider to public, domestic and commercial clients across the UK. Established in 1969, we offer professional gas installation, maintenance, and servicing, as well as energy solutions, electrical installations andproperty building and maintenance services.
Joining us as a HSEQ & L&D Administrator, you will report to and be responsible for supporting the Director of Health and Safety for Liberty in several areas relating to health, safety, environment, and quality.
Your role will be a key role within the HSEQ & People Team where you will support the effective management and coordination of HSEQ across our group of businesses and assist the L&D team members in responding to queries.
**Responsibilities for the HSEQ & L&D Administrator will include**:
- To monitor, review, update and amend the HSEQ Management System documentation as requested by the HSEQ Team
- To assist the Director of Health and Safety in the administration and co-ordination of health and safety initiatives throughout Liberty
- To support company compliance with regards to Gas Safe - including scanning and issuing of Gas Safe cards, coordinate Gas Safe registrations and support all aspects of Gas Safe compliance as required
- To support with administration and co-ordination of internal audits and support / coordinate any external audits
- To assist the HSEQ Team in developing processes, procedures, forms and documents
- To provide support and guidance to operational managers with regards to forms, templates and accurate completion of any required HSEQ information, such as during incident investigation, tools and equipment monitoring, inspection compliance and facilitiesmanagement documentation
- Coordinate the production, monitoring and reviewing of HSEQ policies, procedures and guidance
- Ensure accurate data inputting into HSEQ monitoring systems for trend analysis and reporting
- All other duties as directed by the Director of Health and Safety
- Assist L&D team members in responding to queries
**What we are looking for our ideal HSEQ & L&D Administrator**:
Proven experience in a similar role to coordinate all activities relating to our group HSEQ accreditations, management systems and legal compliance. Suitably qualified in all aspects of Microsoft Office Applications including Microsoft Visio, Power Point,Excel, Word & Outlook.
