- United Kingdom**Equans is looking for a Premises Officer to join our team in Prendergast Ladywell School, SE4 1SA on a permanent basis. This is a Full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £28,906.00 per annum and benefits package.**

**WHAT WILL YOU DELIVER AS A PREMISES OFFICER.**

**TO PROVIDE A FOCAL POINT FOR THE RESOLUTION OF FACILITIES REQUESTS REPORTED EITHER ONSITE OR THROUGH THE DEDICATED FACILITIES MANAGEMENT HELPDESK. TO ENSURE THE SATISFACTORY COMPLETION OF ANY ASSIGNED TASKS INCLUDING INSTALLATIONS, REPAIRS, PLANNED MAINTENANCE TASKS AND ALSO GENERAL PREMISES CHECKS.**

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Experience in a customer facing role is desirable
- Good reading and writing skills
- Basic numeracy skills
- Basic computer literacy would be desirable or willingness to train as required
- Basic Plumbing & Maintenance
