We are seeking a versatile and organised Business Support Administrator to join our dedicated team, based in Ancoats, Manchester. As a crucial part of our organisation, you will be entrusted with a broad spectrum of tasks and responsibilities to facilitate the seamless running of our everyday operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Basic IT Management
- Supply basic technical support to Residential Support Workers.
- Aid asset management and the procurement process.

Financial Account Management
- Conduct digital financial transactions and approvals.
- Administer digital wallets and card orders.
- Guarantee timely and accurate maintenance of financial records.

Bookkeeping
- Contribute to routine bookkeeping activities using Xero.
- Pursue completion of necessary documentation in a timely manner.

Office Management
- Coordinate with service providers for optimal office upkeep.
- Foster and maintain a healthy and conducive office environment.
- Handle office supplies and manage mail and parcel collection.

**Salary**: £26,500.00 per year
