Ocean Automotive are one of the South’s most prestigious automotive groups operating businesses across Dorset and Somerset.

Due to an internal move, we are looking for an experienced People Assistant.

The role will be based at our Head Office in Poole and will report to the Head of People.

You will be responsible for the following:

- Processing starters and leavers, including induction of new starters
- Administer the People Team inbox
- Administrating company benefit schemes
- Assist in recruitment
- Assisting in any People meetings, with minute taking
- Support the Head of People with day-to-day HR admin duties

As an individual you will be professional, positive, have a high attention to detail and accuracy and a team-player. Previous experience of running payrolls is essential.

Hours are minimum of 24 per week, Monday to Friday.
