**Finance Manager (Part Time)**

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector and Not for Profit are working with Life Sciences Hub Wales, a charity based in Cardiff to find a Finance Manager to join their team on a part time basis.

LSHW are a leading organisation in the health and social care sector, driving transformational change to create a better future for the people of Wales. Their mission is to accelerate the development and adoption of innovative solutions for better healthand wellbeing.

The position is part-time at 22.5 hours per week and is based both remotely and at their office location in Cardiff. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an inclusive, positive and friendly culture, where work life balance and employee engagementis important.

**What the Finance Manager will be doing**:

- Maintaining and developing financial systems, policies, and records
- Overseeing the monthly finance cycle
- Preparing and presenting accurate management accounts
- Supporting budget planning
- Overseeing debtor management
- Submitting grant income claims
- Developing a finance business partnering approach

**What the Finance Manager will need**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in financial software and systems

**What you will get in return as a Finance Manager**:

- **£27,051** (pro rata) / £45,085 (fte) per annum
