**About Us**:
**Role Overview**:
The **HR Administrator** will support the HR functions in areas of recruitment and onboarding, mail inbox management, and ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Acting as first point of contact for all training enquiries
- Managing the training cycle within the organisation
- Support with the on-boarding administration ensuring it is carried out effectively, timely and accurately, from placing adverts online to the employee screening process
- Liaising with the recruitment team on recruitment administration
- Preparing contractual paperwork and correspondence
- Enable managers to maintain compliance for right to work in the UK and DBS disclosures for all employees
- Ensure that accurate records are maintained within the HR function, including the provision of reports as required from the HR database.
- Support with the monthly payroll process, managing monthly salary and pension changes, annual increments and cost of living increases.
- Administer staff records, and ensure that confidentiality and compliance with the Data Protection policy is maintained at all times.
