**Job Description**:
Cloud9 are a growing and welcoming team. Due to expansion we have an opportunity to create an additional role to support the Delivery Team and CEO with administration, co-ordination, and reporting of client projects and Cloud9 strategic projects that will support the growth of the business and provide all round office support.

**Client Facing**

This role requires a confident and highly organised forward planner with great attention to detail. This is a permanent office-based role within the Brighton office in Preston Park. The role will be varied, although longer term consideration will be given as the company grows for this role to be more exclusively focused on areas aligned with the individuals ambition.

Elements of the role are client facing which will require you to work very closely with clients and Cloud9 colleagues. In the medium term, you may get involved with some client training, and in some of the simple project delivery aspects of the project to support the project team which will require an interest in learning new skills. You will support project communication with clients and updating of internal systems relating to project status. You will assist with setting up new client projects, scheduling, and co-ordination of project resources. From time to time, you may attend client project meetings and support follow up as required.

**Internal Focused**

Many aspects of the role will be internally focused and require great organisational skills and attention to detail. The individual will also play a critical role in coordination of internal strategic projects and support to project sponsors in delivering these on time to support the business growth.

The role will play an important bridge with other members of the Cloud9 team to ensure clients enjoy the best experience of working with Cloud9, for example support hand over of client-to-client success team after the project. You will support planning and coordination related to regular consultant training (usually off-site) and their related learning and certifications and management of timesheets, holidays, and project team reporting. Other aspects of role include working closely with marketing to ensure new IP and solutions are shared with marketing and sales and to facilitate insight and lessons learnt by consultants during projects is shared within team and our industry playbook and for creation of thought leadership. You will support co-ordination of HR related activities such as tracking sick leave, scheduling quarterly reviews for delivery and client success team and ensure HR systems up to date. You will assist with recruitment and related activities to support on-boarding of new project and client success team members. Support team meetings including capturing actions and follow up with team and clients as required.
