As a key member of the management group, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager in coordinating all aspects of construction projects, from inception to completion. This will include liaising with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

  • Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate site visits and monitor progress against agreed-upon milestones.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in construction, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
