**Position Title**: Residential Childcare Worker

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: £24,500 - £36,000 per annum

**Role Overview**:
As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children and young people. Working on a 2 on 4 off shift pattern, which includes sleep-ins, you'll actively contribute to the well-being and positive development of those in our care.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Direct Support**: Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people, fostering a safe and nurturing environment.
- **Positive Engagement**: Engage with residents in a positive and supportive manner, encouraging their personal development and emotional well-being.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the team to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment, sharing insights and best practices.
