**Join Our Team as a Clinical Coordinator/Front of House**

Are you passionate about skincare, aesthetics, and providing exceptional customer service? We're seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator/Front of House at our soon-to-open luxury aesthetics clinic in the heart of London.

Position: Clinical Coordinator/Front of House

Location: London, UK

Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeaner, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Utilise your sales expertise to promote and upsell our laser, skin, and body treatments, maximising revenue and client satisfaction. Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management team.
- Manage client appointments and schedules, ensuring efficient and smooth clinic operations.
- Provide information and guidance to clients regarding our treatments, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and expertise.
- Maintain a clean and organised front desk area, including managing inventory and supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the aesthetics or beauty industry is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of laser, skin, and body treatments is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.
