Ifa Administrator

We are currently looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join our clients, an IFA Administrator in the Finchley area. Based in North London, the company offers a wide-ranging service to clients in both the individual and corporate markets.

**The successful IFA Administrator will be offered**:

**To be considered for the IFA Administrator role you must have**:

- Experience within a similar role, ideally within an IFA Environment
- Experience using systems
- Understanding of the provision of advice to clients in a compliant manner as detailed in the firm’s compliance manual and procedures.

**As an IFA Administrator, your role will involve**:

- Submitting all forms of new business.
- Creating New Business events and updating once on risk / NTU’d.
- Ensuring that cases are progressed to the point of transfer completion and plans are put at risk.
- Updating X-Plan with full plan details.
- Ensure all cases are signed off by the Compliance Department and all pre-submissions are progressed until completion.
- Liaising with clients to arrange medical appointments.
