London, United Kingdom Royal National Institute of Blind People Full time

Are you a creative and confident communicator with excellent organisational skills? Do you have experience of delivering direct marketing campaigns across a range of channels? Including digital? Do you have experience of managing creative agencies, print and fulfilment? Would you like to be part of a collaborative and progressive fundraising and marketing department?

RNIB is recruiting a Legacy Campaign Manager - Retention (fixed term) to help fulfil its mission to create a world without barriers for people with sight loss.

Gifts in Wills contribute a third of RNIB';s total annual income and half of all voluntary income. Legacy gifts are therefore critical to RNIB';s ability to fund its work.

After a period of change across the organisation there are great opportunities to reach our supporters and customers, increasing the number of legacy supporters in our pipeline and increasing the number of gifts in Wills to RNIB. This will be enhanced by our new strategy, legacy proposition and integrated brand campaign.

**Legacy Campaign Manager Responsibilities**:
You will manage the fulfilment of all our conversion and retention campaigns, working closely with our fulfilment partners to ensure a consistently high level of supporter care and stewardship.

You will work collaboratively with teams and colleagues across the organisation, with a focus on Fundraising and Marketing and use your influencing skills to manage a variety of agencies and suppliers - including marketing creative, print and fulfilment.

**Legacy Campaign Manager Requirements**:
Your awareness of the external fundraising environment and a good understanding of the principles, methods and practices of direct marketing, fundraising and data governance will ensure we maintain our high standards of practice.

This is a busy and varied role, and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities is essential.

You';ll welcome the opportunity to work within a supportive team, building influential relationships at all levels both internally and externally to help increase our pool of legacy supporters and secure future income to meet the growing need for our services.

**About Us**:
We';re the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB), one of the UK';s leading sight loss charities and the largest community of blind and partially sighted people.

Everyday 250 people begin to lose their sight. RNIB has a crucial role to play in creating a world where there are no barriers to people with sight loss. We want society, communities and individuals to see differently about sight loss.
