JOB TITLE - Kitchen Assistant

RATE OF PAY - £7.50 - £10.50 per hour (depending on age)

**Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Use good judgement when dealing with customers, suppliers and other employees.
- Gather and document customer information.
- Communicate with customers verbally and in writing.
- Prepare and cook food according to customers' preferences (whilst considering allergies).
- Prepare food required for the day in advance of restaurant opening, ensuring sufficient rescources are available for the reataurants operation.
- Wash up and keep the kitchen area clean and tidy at all times.
- Dispose of food appropriately (including use by dated foods)
- Follow the company brand, image and well-known rude service delivery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £7.50-£10.50 per hour
