Our clients, a well-established and expanding Estate Agency, are seeking a Branch Manager to join their team in the Burnley area.

**As a Branch Manager your role will involve**:

- Overseeing the office
- Driving the business forward
- Valuing and gaining instructions
- Managing staff
- KPI’S and monitoring staff performance
- Team meetings and reviews

**To be considered for the Branch Manager role you must have**:

- Experience as an Estate Agent
- Local knowledge
- Background in Management
- Listing experience with a proven track record of gaining instructions

**Working hours**:
As a Branch Manager, you’ll be required to work Full-Time

**Our client is offering the successful Branch Manager**:

- £25,000 - £30,000 Basic, dependent on experience
- £35,000 - £40,000 OTE
