Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the bar, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless food and beverage service.
- Train and mentor bar staff on bartending techniques, customer interaction, and health & safety procedures.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Proficiency in bartending techniques and cocktail preparation.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- A culinary background or understanding of food preparation is advantageous.

Pay: £29,000.00-£31,729.26 per year
