**Salary: OTE £35k**

**Position: Full Time**

**Skills: The skills required for this** Lettings Negotiator **role will include**:

- Previous residential lettings experience essential
- **ARLA** qualified would be a distinct advantage
- Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of **Dorking** area helpful
- Full UK Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Lettings
