European Geography Engagement Leader

Linking the geographies and technology organisation, the focus of the role will be to ensure that the colleagues in a geography are able to use technology effectively and efficiently to meet our business goals.

Seeking an energetic, personable, collaborative and problem-solving technologist who can communicate the needs of our colleagues senior stakeholders and working with other technology leaders can deliver to those needs.

**The Role**

Reporting into the Chief Information Officer of WTW, responsibilities will include:

- Represent the geographies on the senior technology leadership team
- Ensure clear timely communications between the geographies and technology teams
- Playing an active co-ordination role in the introduction of new technologies or change into a geography
- Representing technology with regulators, including holding the Senior Management Function role for technology (SMF18) in FCA regulated WTW companies such Willis Limited.
- Ensure geography specific requirements are captured and fed into enterprise and business technology projects
- Be an active member of the Senior Technology Decision-making Council representing the needs of all geographies and the regulated companies that you are the Senior Management Function role holder for.
- Champion the Regional end user needs across the broader technology team
- Escalation route for all technology issues
