- Strong working knowledge of core HR matters and employment law
- Working experience in complex ER cases, investigations, disciplinaries, minute taking.
- Experience of employees complete lifecycle.
- Previous experience in data entry and office administration.
- Strong background in working with computers and dealing with computers and dealing with large amounts of information.
- Familiarity with database systems and data entry techniques.
- Previous experience which demonstrates numeracy and literacy skills.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with experience creating and using spreadsheets.
- Skilled typist.
