Job Summary:

**Duties**:

- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of products and stock to warehouses, including our 3PA providers in the UK, USA and Netherlands as well as Amazon Seller Central (FBA) in different countries.
- Support with day to day activities to manage customer orders across varied channels.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement
- Analyse and monitor sales forecasts by customer and product.
- Monitor stock levels across all warehouses and report any discrepancies, including Amazon FBA
- Identify discrepancies between actual and planned demand, adjusting forecasts and supply chain plans to optimize inventory.
- Collaborate with logistics, suppliers, and shipping agents to ensure timely and cost efficient delivery of purchase orders.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Utilize logistics management systems to track shipments and resolve any issues
- Source new logistics partners where required.
- Prepare reports on supply chain performance metrics
- Support with customer care enquiries and help resolve customer issues in a supportive and proactive way.

**Skills**:

- 3+ years in a sales / purchasing role
- Experience with International logistics operations (incl documentation)
- 1 year+ experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA
- Experience with customer service.
- Excellent Excel skills
- Experiences using stock management software and analysis.
- Stock (demand) planning experience would be beneficial
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Friendly, proactive and enthusiastic.
