client are a large, UK based IT company and they have been successfully delivering IT Solutions and Services for many years. Due to their continued Growth, they are now looking to appoint a qualified Sales Administrator to work out of their Glasgow City Centre office.

The main purpose of the role will be working as part of the sales & marketing team with administrative and marketing tasks related to sales operational activities with the objective of growing SGS Vitrology business at a global level

**Key Accountabilities**
- Work with the sales team to help ensure the company exceeds revenue and local contribution targets
- Support sales territory managers with travel arrangements to client meetings/conferences and for organising booth set-up
- Liaise with other offices to identify events of mutual interest and negotiate with suppliers to increase return on investment opportunities
- Updating customers conference contact list
- As required, work with clients to implement agreements, including confidentiality and master sales agreements
- Research of global market opportunities / events.
- Communicate with the marketing team to support delivery of local marketing material to align with corporate marketing strategy and vision
- Organise and maintain supply of promotional material for conferences. Coordinate booth/pop-up stand updates and supply from external suppliers.

**Skills & Knowledge**
- Minimum of 4 years Sales Administration experience
- Organisation and planning
- Drive in making improvements to existing processes.
- Experience of working within the Technology sector is advantageous

Salary package - £28k - £40k depending on experience + Benefits
