**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Monitoring Construction Activities**: As the Clerk of Works, you'll be responsible for monitoring the activities of our contractors on construction sites. This includes ensuring compliance with specifications, regulations, and quality standards.
- ** Maintaining Accurate Records**: You'll maintain detailed records of on-site activities, documenting progress, issues encountered, and any deviations from the project plan. Accurate record-keeping is essential for tracking project performance and ensuring accountability.
- ** Integrated Project Management**: Working as part of our commercial design and project management team, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. Your insights and expertise will be integral to the success of our construction projects.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- ** Technical Expertise**: A background in construction or engineering is essential for this role. Ideally, you'll have a relevant qualification such as a degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
- ** Industry Experience**: Previous experience working as a Clerk of Works or in a similar role within the construction industry is highly desirable. You should have a solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
