Administrator - Law Firm - Taunton

Administrator required at leading law firm in Taunton.
The successful person will be required to support all teams across a full range of administrative activities.
The right person will already have proven administrative and organisational skills, and work well on their own or as part of a team.
No prior legal knowledge is required and the duties will include but not be limited to:
- Reception and front of house duties as required.
- File opening and closing, filing including the storage and retrieval of client files.
- Post-room duties, which included the scanning and distribution of post.
- Use the IT systems, including word, excel and the case management system.
- Printing and photocopying duties.
- Collation of legal documentation and court bundles.
- Manual handling of boxes and working in off site storage buildings as required.
The right person will be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, and pay attention to detail and work accurately. They will have excellent communication skills both written and verbally, be professional and have a great telephone manner.
Please note that there are manual tasks involved including the lifting of boxes above shoulder height. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) in the office.
