**ADMINISTRATOR**
**Hartlebury, Worcestershire**
**Full-time, 8:30am to 5pm (including 30-minute break)**
**40 hours per week**
**Temporary position/maternity cover**
Forest Garden is the UK’s leading and most trusted manufacturer and distributor of quality wooden garden products. We are currently looking for a new team member to join our Administration Team.
**The role**:
This office-based role involves a wide range of tasks from order processing to important KPI’s and reports out to the business.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Reporting of time and attendance for all drivers into our inhouse T&A system.
- Creating haulier stencils to be sent to third party shippers.
- Liaising with our claims department to resolve invoicing queries.
- Scanning PODS
- Reconciling our internal order data with the systems used by couriers and carriers.
- Updating spreadsheets with accurate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial information.
- Producing reports from various systems, as needed.
- General administrative and occasional other duties, when needed.
**Experience**:
- Experience of using Excel and Sage systems is desirable. However full training provided.
**Required skills**:
- Able to work with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and efficiency, in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload.
