GSL are looking for a hardworking person to carry out a range of administrative duties; supporting the business to react quickly to increasing demand for laboratory and consultancy services. **The Role**

The job role will include the following but not limited to:

- Providing administrative support for the Directors and Technical Team
- Raising PO’s
- Use of ‘Xero’
- Raising invoices and monitoring credit control
- Expense Management
- KPI reporting
- Preparing and submission of VAT returns
- Monitoring insurances / utility bills
- Bank reconciliation
- Liaise with clients & contractors
- Record keeping
- Conference / Event Preparation
- Logistic Co-ordination - sample shipment and travel arrangement
- Registration and monitoring of assets and equipment
- Social Media / marketing updates

Desirable attributes
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and some experience of bookkeeping tasks
- Good Attention to detail
- Motivated, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work well as part of the team but also unsupervised
- Confident and friendly

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
