My client is a successful main contractor requires a
**Site Supervisor** who's passion for health & safety as well as their drive for excellence, matches theirs.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- Delivery of the work programme to the client to time, cost, and quality.
- Carry out weekly site inspections and submit associated paperwork.
- Co-ordinate site works in accordance with the instructions of the client and their Contracts
- Read and interpret site drawings and specifications.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with CDM 2015
- Manage all sub-contractors and site visitors and ensure their safety during works.
- Liaise with clients and develop good business relationships.
- Keep Contracts Manager informed of any changes to work scopes and issues preventing

work being carried out.
- Ensre resource levels on site are maintained to correct levels and advised Contracts Manager in a timely manner when additional resources are required.
- Manage all sub-contractors and site visitors and ensure their safety during works.
- Deliver Toolbox talk training sessions and complete associated paperwork.

- Ensure all works are carried out safely in accordance with our SHE Management system and that they do not pose a danger to the workers on site, sub-contractors, site visitors or members of the public.
- Raise near misses and safety observations both positive and negative.
- Comply with site safety rules and our Health and Safety Policies and Standards
- Ensure all sites are left clean and tidy at the end of each shift.
- Ensure that all plant & machinery provided for the works is suitable and that it is in good working order and kept clean.
- Ensure all vehicle and plant checks are completed daily and before the vehicle / item of plant is used during that shift.

**Qualifications / Experience**
- CSCS Supervisor Card
- SSSTS/SMSTS
- NRSWA Accreditation
- CPCS training in Excavators/Dupers/Rollers and or/HIAB
- Experience in Drainage / Earthworks / Road Construction
- Conversant with CDM / Principal Contractor duties
- ITP Quality Checks
- CAT & Genny
- First Aid Certification
- Good IT skills
- Full UK Driving License
