**Night Security Supervisor - Leeds**

We are currently looking for dedicated permanent Security Supervisor for a busy & fast-paced site in Leeds. Conducting searches and managing security and gatehouse duties.

**Shift patterns**: 50 hours per week, (Nights)

**Location**: Halton, Leeds

**Salary**: £13.00 per hour

**Start date**: ASAP

**Duties include**:
The role of the Security Supervisor will require you to participate and work towards the compliance and effective day to day running of site, under the direction of the Site Security Manager. During the absence of the Site Security Manager, the Security Supervisor will be responsible for all operations on site.

A successful Security Supervisor will have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to reduce loss. You will be responsible in ensuring compliance to the AVSEC process and to take action to reduce loss in line with company targets.

**Knowledge Requirements**:

- Experience with process improvement
- Strong Leadership skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and numerical skill
- Ability to create and present reports to the senior team
- Able to work under pressure to deadlines and deliver results
- Experience in interview and investigation techniques
- Experienced in systemic data trending and data trawling
- Up to date legal knowledge (theft definition, CCTV, data protection, SIA and any other relevant legislation)
- Flexible time and attendance as required by the business
- Up to date and relevant industry level knowledge.

Pay: £13.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- security: 1 year (preferred)
- Security Supervisory: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:
