Acquisitions Coordinator/assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Track all incoming materials for Content Acquisitions across all genres - from internal divisions e.g. EC Studios, ITVP, and EC Documentary, as well as 3rd party sources
- Review scripts and create coverage to be utilized by Sales & Content teams
- Coordinate the content evaluation and estimates process through projections requests
- Track secured titles and supply metadata to the wider business
- Help to ensure other divisions have all materials they need to manage business (Sales, Finance, Rights Management, Marketing, Materials & Ops etc.)
- Diary management for Director of Content - arranging daily meetings with internal and external contacts
- Support Director of Content with schedule/travel plans and be responsible for expense reports
- Support the Content Manager in generating sales updates for producer partners, liaising regularly with Regional Sales Coordinators
- Where appropriate, attend producer meetings and take minutes
- Collaborate with all teams in the division to ensure flow of information when requested
- Create presentations and pitch documents, with a particular focus ahead of key sales markets e.g. MIPCOM, LA Screenings, London Screenings etc.
- Perform research prep for internal and external meetings
- Research market trends and help identify new content opportunities for the group
- Assist with Special Projects and field questions from the distribution group and other divisions within the organization
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2-3 years previous experience in an acquisitions or distribution environment, with a track record in a client facing role
- Superior organizational, communication and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as a exceptional attention to detail
- Collaborative and flexible team player with professional demeanor and diplomatic skills
- Ability to develop and maintain both internal and external relationships
- Must be familiar with the TV global landscape and be able to keep up to date with trends within the industry
- Deep product understanding with a genuine passion and respect for entertainment content
- Desire to generate acquisitions leads and manage client follow up through excellent written and oral communications
- A can-do attitude and an ambition to progress career within the international TV and content industry
- Ability to work with high level senior managers
**Working Conditions**:
- This is a permanent position.
- This role will be based at the Endeavor Content, London Office.
- Working hours are 9:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
- Occasional travel and weekend work may be required
