**About the Opportunity - Sales Ledger Supervisor (6 Month Contract)**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our finance team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract basis to manage our centralised Sales Ledger. Covering both our UK and International businesses, this role will be key in handling of our invoicing processes, efficiently generating invoices and statements for over 2,000 customers each month; resolving customer queries and ensuring the ledgers are reviewed and correctly closed each month end.

This is a hands-on role involving you at the very heart of our business communicating and interacting with customers on a regular basis. It will also involve you interacting and driving improvements internally across all the departments of our business to ensure the correct processes are in place to facilitate the accurate and efficient invoicing of our customers and enabling subsequent posting of cash receipts.

As our international business grows you will need to continually improve and adapt our processes and SAP system to ensure our customers across all regions receive accurate, timely and tax compliant invoices in their local language and currency.

**What you'll be doing**
- Managing all Sales Ledger functions and processes
- Ensuring invoices raised reflect the underlying contracts, that invoices are accurate and compliant, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Reviewing and improving Sales Ledger processes to ensure invoicing accuracy
- Taking ownership of accuracy of monthly revenues and reconciliation of changes month on month
- Investigating any discrepancies and dealing with enquiries

- **You can manage invoicing in a contract-driven business**- We deliver services to many customers, from large groups to individual hotels, and the contractual arrangements and pricing structures will vary. You’ll need to develop your understanding of our business so that you’re comfortable ensuring that the invoices raised match the contracts for every customer.
