**Job Title**: Customer Service - Complaints Handling (Temporary)
**Length of Assignment**: 6 months (usually longer)
**Pay**: £24,000 - £28,000
**Location**: Slough
Our client is a blue-chip company who offer second-to-none customer service. They are looking for an experienced complaints handler to manage escalated complaints.
You will complete a regular report - summarising complaints and actions and current status.
It is important you can build good work-relationships as you will be working closely with other departments in order to resolve complaints.
Experience of Final Response letters is advantageous.
You will work to SLAs and be monitored against these.
S4 is acting as an agency for this role.
At registration stage, to confirm your identity, you will be required to bring your passport and proof of address with you. Registration takes approximately 1 hour.
