As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting students with a range of abilities and needs in the classroom. This may involve providing 1:1 support, helping with academic work, and assisting with behaviour management. You will work closely with teachers and other staff members to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all students. This position is ideal for support workers, tutors, sports coaches, or psychology graduates looking to make a difference in the lives of young people.
