Title: Bid Coordinator (Part-Time)

We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a part-time Bid Coordinator for our commercial cleaning company. The Bid Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the bid management process, assisting with proposal development, and ensuring timely submission of bids to potential clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working on bids and proposals for commercial cleaning projects under the guidance of the Operations Director.
- Completing all activities required through to completion, in accordance with mandated bid processes.
- Conduct research to gather information on potential client requirements, project scope, and specifications.
- Create, format, proof-read and edit proposal documents and ensure they adhere to company branding and quality standards.
- Being familiar with the client bid portal to include timely downloading of client documents, tender amendments and clarifications, and uploading of submissions and clarification questions/responses.
- Managing bid portals, identifying and downloading new opportunities, keeping track of deadlines and managing initial responses.
- Maintain a database of bid documents, templates, and references for future use and reference.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in bid coordination is preferred.
- Strong organisational, numerical and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of the commercial cleaning industry or related service sectors is a plus.
