**Shipping Associate - London**

Internationally recognised Commodities team is looking to recruit an Associate to deal with a mix of international contract advice, dispute resolution, and more.

**Responsibilities**:
In this role you will deal with a wide range of work and will be expected to:

- Provide counsel on global sale of goods contracts.
- Manage contracts for goods transportation.
- Handle disputes in courts and arbitration.
- Advise on commodity trade finance.
- Draft and review standard terms.

To be considered for this role you will need to have:

- Experience in trade and maritime work as a qualified UK solicitor.
- Collaborative and independent work approach.
- Interest in business development.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
