**What does your typical day look like?**

The role forms part of a 2 person treasury function, a function whose key responsibilities are centred around:

- Bank statement posting
- Cash flow forecasting
- Financial control of central finance matters
- Business partnering holders of company credit cards
- Balance sheet reconciliations and SAP control

The role will largely have interface with various other finance departments (e.g. credit control, accounts payable, management accountants, payroll), as well as individuals in the company with credit cards (who can be very senior people)

Other key actions will be but not limited to:

- Daily posting of bank statements for 12 company accounts, with transactions encompassing receipts, payments, interest and charges and foreign exchange
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Maintenance of the 13 week cash forecasting file, with responsibility for projecting central cash spend
- Projecting immediate cash requirements over next 10 days and comparing vs available cash headroom
- Administration of the company’s credit cards
- Posting of the company’s monthly expenses
- Raising invoices for various company matters (e.g. re-charges)
- Maintenance of the company’s bank and interest charges
- Preparation of National Statistics forms as and when required
