**What You Will Do as A Customer Officer**

The Customer Officer will be responsible for supporting the on-site security team in delivering a smooth and efficient running of the corporate offices, licensed bar, retail bank & shop floor, restaurant plus food court areas. The role is based at a site which is a mixed-use development in Milton Keynes Central with retail units, a food court, restaurant & bar plus office space. It's a flexible role in a fast-paced environment working as part of a team to deliver outstanding service to customers. The role will mainly involve covering the teams sickness and absence, carrying out ID checks, patrols, access and crowd control, customer management and providing a safe and secure presence.

We are looking for officers who go above and beyond to deliver a customer experience, have a positive attitude towards learning and personal development and a commitment to keeping those around you safe and secure.
