As well as driving registrations and income through third party, virtual and mass participation events and managing these relationships to maximise income.

The Online Fundraising Team is key to the success of SLF as they work across Regional, Sporting Events, Marketing and Corporate teams to ensure correct, processes are in place, teams are working effectively together, and that the department can maximise the opportunities and innovation that comes through online fundraising platforms and fundraisers.

The role of Senior Online Fundraising Officer will work with the Supporter Engagement & Online Fundraising Manager to identify trends and potential opportunities, lead online fundraising campaigns and line manage two Online Fundraising Team Executives (OFT Execs) to support SLF in delivering our strategy and meet our annual income target.

You will work closely with the Marketing and Supporter Engagement Team, Regional Fundraising Team, Sporting Events Team and Digital Team to ensure we are identifying and partaking in the latest, most relevant and time-worthy online fundraising campaigns to ensure maximum income generation for SLF and ARUK.

This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to cover a period of maternity leave.

**Main duties and responsibilities of the role**:
**Facebook Challenges**
- Lead a minimum of three Facebook Challenges per year, bringing all relevant teams together to ensure the Challenges are reaching the right audiences, supporters are stewarded appropriately, and the opportunities of these events are maximised.
- Ownership of Give Panel with relevant data tasks delegated to the OFT Execs to ensure maximum buy-in from supporters.
- Build relationships with other third sector organisations to share ideas, successes and concerns to build robust Facebook challenges and identify new opportunities.

**Streaming**
- Work with the Supporter Engagement & Online Fundraising Manager to implement the Streaming strategy, taking into consideration the work already undertaken by the ARUK Gamers Project Group.
- Be the lead contact for streaming and gaming fundraising sites and understand how to use them for full income potential.

**Cryptocurrencies**
- Work closely with teams across the charity to increase ARUK’s knowledge of Cryptocurrencies and how each team can help drive this new income.
- Support and guide OFT Execs to implement strategy to build our reputation in this space.

**Lead Generation and Trend Hunting**
- Work closely with the Digital Team to identify fundraising leads through our current social channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok and communicate to the relevant teams for maximum income generation potential.
- Work with the Digital Team to identify new potential fundraising platforms and digital methods of fundraising, e.g. TikTok and cryptocurrency

**Line Management**
- Recruitment, induction, training and ongoing line management of the OFT Execs; driving their success to ensure a highly motivated team to support in reaching SLF’s income target.
- Oversee workload distribution among the OFT Execs, including reporting, trend hunting and any online supporter stewardship.

**Additional Information**:
Roles that are classed as part of the Agile ways of working are not able to claim any costs for Mileage/Travel on Public Transport, Accommodation and/or Meals. This includes when attending the office for various meetings/events.
