We have an exciting new role to support our employee experience and communication initiatives

The role of **Employee Experience and Engagement Partner **combines a mix of hands-on projects, working with our broader HR Team to help create a positive experience for our new colleagues, as well as re-energize and support the method and quality of communication with our employees to help drive our Cultural Transformation initiatives.

**The role**
- Align with global initiatives and lead actions within the UK & Ireland HR process at various employee touchpoints to build a smooth employee onboarding experience.
- Take full ownership of the onboarding program, undertaking regular reviews involving stakeholder feedback.
- Following up with new employees at regular intervals to obtain feedback and ideas.
- Undertake exit interviews and analyze data to identify and implement improvements.
- Support our communication channels and platforms by developing and implementing a strong HR communication strategy, deploying modern and engaging communication methods.
- Support the visibility of all aspects of our people engagement programs - using social media and other creative methods.
- Drive the delivery of multiple initiatives to support our Engagement and Transformation plans

- Strong written and verbal communication skills confirmed by internal/external communication experience.
- Background in supporting change with a track record of making progress towards goals.
- Proven experience building effective relationships and communicating with the executive to entry-level audiences.
- Strong ability to influence and persuade.
