Treatment Co-ordinator

We have an opportunity for an office-based Treatment Coordinator to join our busy Private Patient Support Team based at our head office in Heald Green, conveniently located close to Manchester Airport, offering the best possible care to our patients, and ensuring they receive outstanding service, right from their very first point of contact with us.

We are looking for a people person, with a friendly and confident personality, who would be confident in chatting with our patients both over the telephone, and virtually via Microsoft Teams or Zoom to explain the different private treatment options that we offer, including teeth whitening, clear aligners, and composite bonding.

You will join our team on **Part Time** basis (**16-20** **hours per week**), and in return, receive a competitive salary plus excellent company benefits.

**What makes you our ideal Treatment Coordinator?**
- Previous sales experience
- Polite & friendly telephone manner
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Computer literacy skills
- Dental Nurse/Treatment Coordinator experience is not essential but would be advantageous

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct free consultations with patients who are interested in our private treatment options
- Build a good rapport with patients with the aim to book a consultation appointment with the appropriate Clinician
- Take responsibility for proactively and promptly following up on private patient leads and booking their appointment following consultation
- Take relevant payments over the phone
- Contact patients who are due for a private examination or a hygienist clean
- Answer calls on our Private Patient Support Line from new and existing patients
- Confidently and clearly explain all available private treatment options to patients, including the details of the finance or payment plan options
- Follow the company’s new patient journey, ensuring a consistent experience for all new patients and leads
- Track all private income generated from your bookings or consultations and provide reporting on performance against KPIs
- Encourage Google and Facebook reviews
