**Job description**:

- Delivery Accommodation as a whole. The position of the Loss of Entitlement Support Officer plays a vital role in the ensuring the Notice to Vacate (NTV) process is followed and Service Family Accommodation (SFA) is handed back accordingly in line with policy when entitlement is lost. Enabling Service Family Accommodation to be available to be allocated by our industry partner to entitled service personnel. There is an element of customer service-
**Person specification**:

- Responsibilities include:
- Receiving and responding to telephone enquiries and correspondence from occupants/Military Chain of Command (MCoC) Welfare Agencies/Local Authorities regarding loss of entitlement to occupy SFA within the UK.
- Issuing Notice to Vacates ensuring legal process is initiated in accordance with guidance from Central Legal Services.
- Calculate, raise and cease charges for use and occupation in Service Families Accommation and inform occupants and the Home Charging Team of charges.
- Input relevant information onto Information Management System (IMS) and end service pay deductions on Joint Personnel Administration (JPA).
- Issue supplementary documentation at appropriate dates, including cessation of entitlement certificates and proportionality assessments.
- Preparation of Statement of Truth/legal paperwork and liaison with Solicitors over all issues relating to court action, Orders for Possession and warrants for eviction.

**Employment Hours**:

- The post advertised is for 37 hours net, however the Ministry of Defence offers a range of flexibilities to enable a better work-life balance for employees. Flexible working, Part-time working and Job Share working patterns will be considered.

The post does not offer relocation expenses.
