The role:
In order to strengthen our UK People Team, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated People Coordinator who can help us with people administrative processes and support in rolling out our employee contact model in the UK. In addition, you’ll be working on optimizing people processes and assisting in executing people-related projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Support People Business Partners in day-to-day operations, ensuring process flows are followed and systems are updated
- Serve as the main point of contact for any people-related topics for employees on site
- Management of administration processes for new starters, leavers, and all internal changes, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees
- Support in resolving employee relation issues and assist in sensitive and complex files
- Ensure compliance with all local legal standards, rules, and regulations and monitor legislative changes
- Support in additional projects linked to the UK People Agenda which may include training, events, communication, etc. depending on the business needs
- Analyze data and reports on KPI’s and metrics related to people topics and People Contact Model with the aim of transforming our contact model and people processes

Who we’re looking for:

- Educational or professional experience within People (HR) functions - Preferred
- Good knowledge of UK labour law and HR practices/processes - Preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- High level of curiosity and willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solution-oriented and adept at simplifying operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
