As a behaviour mentor, you will provide support and guidance to individuals who are experiencing behavioural difficulties. You will work with individuals to identify and address the underlying causes of their behaviour, helping them to develop positive coping strategies and life skills. You will provide advice, guidance, and practical support to help individuals manage their behaviour, as well as support them to take responsibility for their actions.

You will work in collaboration with other staff including external practitioners and the SLT. If you are passionate about having a positive impact on children's lives then this role is perfect for you
- Experience as a behaviour mentor, sports coach, learning support assistant and/or youth worker
- Strong and effective behaviour management
- Excellent communication skills
- Resilient, empathetic and assertive nature

**Salary**: £75.00-£90.00 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Colindale: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Behaviour management: 1 year (preferred)
- Mentoring: 1 year (preferred)
- Sports coaching: 1 year (preferred)
