**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the sales team with daily tasks, including preparing sales reports, managing customer accounts, and processing orders.
- Support the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals.
- Help maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems.
**Customer Interaction**:
- Assist customers with product information, selection, and resolving any sales-related issues.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
**Market Research**:
- Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Gather and analyze data to provide insights that support the sales strategy.
- Assist in identifying potential sales opportunities and new markets.
**Sales Process**:
- Participate in sales meetings and calls, taking detailed notes and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide analytical insights to the sales manager.
**Training and Development**:
- Engage in training sessions to learn about product offerings, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the sales cycle and customer relationship management.
Pay: From £23,597.00 per year
