Purpose of the Role

To work as part of the Customer Service Team providing high quality customer services by proactively managing the process of orders for both fertilisers and process chemicals efficiently and professionally. Via the hauliers, organising the delivery of the product to customers. This is an end-to-end process, from order to delivery, both of which are managed through this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring products delivered on time and in full.
- Booking hauliers to ensure agreed delivery timelines are achieved.
- Provide Customer Service Manager with data as required.
- To administer and process orders within current terms and conditions of sale.
- To plan and organise the accurate movement of finished products to satisfy the requirements of distributors and farmer customers.
- Ensuring orders are entered into the system correctly and in a timely manner, guaranteeing accurate invoices to customers.
- To support customers and hauliers out of hours.

Essential Requirements
- Commercial awareness (experience of customer service or distribution service).
- Adding value through awareness and communication of key metrics and ability to deliver objectives.
- Deadlines are met as required. Working end-to-end from initial order to delivery.
- Robust internal/external communication and interpersonal skills; proven administrative, persuading/influencing ability, excellent telephone manner and data recording.
- Able to resolve diverse customer problems logically and effectively.
- Diligent with the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Dynamic, capable dealing with shifting priorities.
