Bar Supervisor

To supervise KARGO MKT bar operation, ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained and financial and other targets are met.

To be responsible for ensuring high standards of service and hygiene. To supervise the bar team and to develop a high performing culture.

The Bar Supervisor will also bring flair and enthusiasm to the role and will be encouraged to help develop a bar offer that reflects and supports the KARGO MKT culture.

- The upkeep of the venue, making sure it’s tidy, clean and inviting.
- Ensure all guests are made to feel welcome and happy.
- To ensure accurate use of the till system.
- To follow instructions from Management.
- To carry out your daily tasks, cleaning and service to the highest standards.
- To communicate with management; Customer complaints & Maintenance issues

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Salford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
- Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
