**Position**: Learning Support Assistant - Primary and Secondary

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Temp to Perm

**Pay Scale**:£80 - 100 per day

**Start**:Immediately

**What We're Looking For**:
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and passionate Learning Support Assistant in Southend who are committed to safeguarding within the classroom.

**Requirements for the role**:

- Enthusiastic, passionate, and a genuine love for teaching / working with children.
- Experience working with children.
- Passion for supporting students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), and a commitment to their well-being and development - experience with SEN would be advantageous.
- Ability to adapt and respond to the individual needs of students.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to students in both academic and personal development.
- Assist the class teacher in implementing tailored learning plans for individual students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
