**The Service**
- WDP Redbridge is an established, integrated community service delivered across several provisions in the Borough. The service consists of both clinical and psychosocial elements and is CQC registered to provide a range of clinical interventions including BBV and health interventions, OST, and community detox, as well as having family and carers and service user involvement provision.
- Together we offer a wide range of pharmacological, psychosocial, recovery-orientated, health focused and inpatient interventions that support individuals and their families who wish to receive advice, assessment, and treatment for their drug and/ or alcohol related needs.
- WDP Redbridge is an established community service that is well performing and highly functioning. We are a friendly team of professionals who support each other. The service operates Mon
- Fri, our core hours 9am to 5pm but there are times where we might need to work occasional evenings or weekends.

**About the Role**
- We have received additional OHID funding for an additional Non-medical Prescriber to support our Rough Sleeper provision within R3 our integrated substance misuse service. The post holder will work across the London Borough of Redbridge as an NMP with significant substance misuse experience. You will focus on engaging with people who have a history of rough sleeping and substance misuse. You will have some experience of engaging with individuals with multiple and/or complex needs and demonstrate a determined approach to finding solutions. Some knowledge of one or more of the following is required:

- Mental health
- Criminal Justice System
- Substance misuse
- Homelessness
- We are looking for a highly experienced NMP who holds high standards of care at the core of what they do. They will develop and embed best standards of clinical care for individuals who are rough sleepers/street active to support them in accessing treatment for substance misuse and dependency.

**Location**
- The role is predominantly based in Ilford Chambers, but at times may involve travel to external meetings and satellites within the borough, and to other WDP locations as needed.
